Cylinder Block

The Cylinder block is one of the key parts of the engine. The design is carefully developed, the materials rigorously selected and machined to endure high stress, friction and vibrations during their use. The materials most used are cast iron and CGI but also aluminum alloy, which need to be machined at a high precision level, especially in the most critical parts such as the contact face with the Cylinder Head, the crankshaft, the cylinders, the rocker, the camshaft and so on.
